Yesterday my work was rather entertaining. A workmate went on vacation for today and tomorrow, and there were a few tasks I had to do on their stead. This was nothing unusual, he covers for me plenty as well. However, I do wish things had allowed for at least a bit more time to write a post.
I did have a relatively easy idea which was a quick draft before my actual post of the day.

My balance is still fried since abdominal surgery. I know I need the challenge, but I need that challenge in a quiet solo setting, not in the middle of a youtube class. I need to work towards doing the downward dog again. I do that by doing yoga respecting my body.

I’m not really sure how this is going to look on my site since I just updated a bunch of plugins, my theme, and actually even wordpress to their latest versions.
