This year I wanted to flesh out my reference book collection a little bit when it comes to art. I have a few books, but I’d like to get a few more on anatomy, and colour theory. Yesterday I moved my blog to Hugo and, despite my rigorous testing locally and in a staging deployment, I broke my RSS feed in production. Perfect. 🤦♂️
The issue was that the Hugo baseURL setting wasn’t being applied properly, so all the post links were pointing at localhost. The scrappy, I’m-in-the-middle-of-dinner fix was to set it manually:

BYOB前三个字母还挺好记：Bring your own……然后B是什么呢？我老是忘记。仔细一想，脑子里第一个冒出来的居然是Boisson（法语饮品）。其实应该是Beverage（英语饮品）吧。不过，怎么长这么像呢？
一查之下果然，Beverage源自古法语中的boivre，这个词在现在法语里就是boire（饮用）。
